David G. Wahl
Position: Chief Executive Officer and President
David Wahl is the president and CEO of Latin American Minerals. Since starting in the summer of 2006 Mr Wahl has helped rebuilt Latin American Minerals. Raising over 16 million in financing and currently developing 2 advanced stage exploration projects.
Mr. Wahl has worked 20 different countries on 7 continents in his 40 years experience in industry and consulting. As a partner in several major Canadian consulting firms; W. G. Wahl Limited: Derry, Michener, Booth & Wahl: Watts, Griffiths and McOuat Limited where he specializing in mineral exploration and property evaluations.
Mr. Wahl through Southampton Associates, his consulting firm, currently advises financial institutions on acquisition strategies and composition of their investment portfolio.
David G. Wahl, P. Eng., P.Geo., graduated from the Colorado School of Mines, with a degree of Engineer of Mines (1968). Mr. Wahl is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario (1970) and holds the designation of Consulting Engineer (1975) and has been designated Specialist in Exploration and Development (1978) by Professional Engineers Ontario. Additionally, Mr. Wahl is a registered Professional Geoscientist (2002) in the province of Ontario.

Waldo A. Perez
Position: Executive Vice President Exploration
Waldo Perez is the Executive Vice President of Exploration. Dr. Perez assumed the position in December of 2006 and through his direction, discovered and brought into advanced stage exploration properties.
Prior to joining Latin American Minerals, Dr. Perez worked for IAMGOLD and was a Senior Geologist for Barrick Gold Corporation and responsible for project generation. Dr. Perez brings 13 years of industry experience and 6 years in academia as distinguished lecturer.
His successes included the discovery of low sulfidation gold deposits in Patagonia and high sulfidation gold deposits in Central Argentina. His responsibility also included directing the due diligence drilling program of the multi million ounce Esquel gold deposit and the project management for the Menucos gold project.
Waldo A. Perez, B.Sc.(Honors Geology), Ph.D., P.Geo., received his undergraduate and Doctorate degree in geology from the Universidad Nacional de Tucuman, Argentina (1982-1991) and completed Postdoctoral studies at the University of Alberta (1992-1993). Dr. Perez is registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientist of British Columbia (2006).

Raymond Mitchell, C.A.
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Raymond Mitchell is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mitchell is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years' experience. Mr. Mitchell joined Latin American Minerals in March, 2007.
Mr. Mitchell was the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of The Canadian Depository for Securities ("CDS") for a span of 9 years and performed a variety of roles for the organization over his 24 years career with CDS, including providing executive oversight of the development of the SEDAR system. For 6 years prior to his engagement with CDS, Mr. Mitchell performed a variety of financial functions for a large Canadian Trust Company.

Paul Fornazzari, B.SC., LL.M.
Position: Corporate Secretary
Mr. Fornazzari is a partner with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Toronto, where he practices corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and regulatory matters.
Mr. Fornazzari is head of the Corporate Finance, Securities and M&A National Practice Group at Gowlings and has broad international public markets and transactional experience. Over his career Mr. Fornazzari has worked on several notable transactions: (i) as the principal lawyer to Nelson Resources Limited and the sale to Russia's Lukoil for 2.7 billion, The largest Canadian acquisition by a Russian company to date, and (ii) part of the deal team for ATI Technologies Inc. on the sale to Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. for US$5.4 billion.
Mr. Fornazzari obtained his LL.B. degree from the University of Windsor in 1994 and his LL.M. degree from York University, Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000.

Roberto Lencina Kairuz
Position: Country Manager - Argentina
Roberto Lencina Kairuz is a Director of Latin American Minerals SA and is the Country Manager for Argentina, based in Mendoza. Mr. Lencina Joined LAT in the beginning of 2007.
Mr. Lencina brings 20 years experience to Latin American Minerals as a senior exploration Geologist covering both industry and academia. Prior to joining LAT Roberto worked for Minera Rodeo (Barrick Exploration), XSTRATA, and CVRD as well has a number of Canadian junior exploration companies.
He is a member of the Argentina Geologic Association and part of its Board of Directors as well serving as VP of the Association of Tucuman's Professionals. Mr. Lencina is also a member and past President of the Geologists Graduate Association.
Holding a degree in geology from the National University of Tucuman, Argentina, Mr. Lencina has been granted the designation of Professional Geologist under Professional Registration No. 165.

Juan Carlos Benitez Maldonado
Position: Country Manager - Paraguay
Juan Carlos Benitez Maldonado is a Director of Latin American Minerals Paraguay and is the Country Manager for Paraguay, based in Asuncion.
Juan Carlos is a senior level geologist with 25 years experience in industry with a number of international mining companies including Yamana Inc. and Rex Mining Company N.V.
Mr. Benitez has also served as Technical Adviser to the Vice Minister of Mines and Energy on special assignments and has held directorships with many professional associations in Paraguay including Past President of the Association of Geologists of Paraguay.
Mr. Benitez received his undergraduate degree in geology and post graduate studies at the National University of Asuncion and has been granted the designation of Professional Geologist under Professional Registration No. 589,602.

Hernán Horacio Ortiz Delgado
Position: Country Manager - Colombia
Mr. Ortiz Delgado graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. As an economic geologist, he has worked as a consultant, an educator and has held senior management position with major international mining companies most notably Coal Corp, Rio Tinto Mining and United Nations Development Fund. For almost 3 decades since graduation, Herman , has gained extensive experience in regional and structural geology of Colombia, resource estimation, underground and open pit mining, environmental studies and project management.
In addition to his strengths in applied geology, Mr. Ortiz Delgado has authored two internationally recognized books on lode and placer gold mining in Colombia.
Mr. Ortiz Delgado, joined Minera Latinco S.A. as Country Manager 2008.
